myTOD frequently asked questions
-
What is a per-placement fee charged by most other recruiters?
The status quo in recruitment, per-placement fees have been charged by recruiters for decades, with an agreed cost for every role filled. We don’t believe in that. It’s costly, and not all that effective. Recruiters can charge as much as 20 or 30% of a candidate’s starting salary, or even more for senior roles!
-
How does myTOD pricing work?
We’ve banished fees based purely on results. Our model is about partnerships, not targets. We’ll give you a fully transparent fixed monthly fee per recruiter. No hidden costs. The longer the length of the contract the lower your fees are per hire. We have found this model is particularly helpful for businesses experiencing growth who want some certainty about the costs of acquiring the talent they need to deliver it
-
Can I cancel the agreement if we’re no longer hiring?
Of course. Whatever the reason, you’re free to cancel at any time by giving us notice. The length of your notice will depend on the length of engagement we agree on. So if you’re on a six-month partnership, we’ll only need 90 days’ notice. For a three-month engagement, it’ll be 30 days.
-
Will I get to meet the recruiter before we start?
Absolutely. A partnership lives and dies on trust. That’s why we want you to trust your recruiter right from the off. Before we start you’ll have a chance to get to know your recruiter confirming they are a good fit.
-
How does myTOD recruit better quality talent?
We focus on full-cycle recruitment to deliver better quality hires that stay around for longer. A winning combination of cutting-edge technology and game-changing recruiters helps deliver you true talent. From absorbing your goals and culture to sourcing talent that matches in every way, no one is more committed to finding talent that gets results.
-
What’s the difference between TOD Full Cycle and TOD Sourcing?
Full cycle recruitment and sourcing are part of the same process. But there are some differences. Full cycle refers to the full end-to-end recruitment process, from defining the role, to interviewing and onboarding. Sourcing, on the other hand, stops at the point we hand you the perfect candidates to interview.
